What We Collect

TripKeel stores the account, booking, customer, waiver, payment reference, message, review, and activity details needed to run a direct-booking operation. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by TripKeel.

How We Use It

We use data to create booking pages, manage availability, process deposits, send confirmations and reminders, retain waiver records, support operators, and improve reliability and product quality.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that power the product, including hosting, database, payments, email, SMS, weather, maps, analytics, and error monitoring providers when those integrations are configured.

Control And Retention

Operators can export customer and booking records and can request deletion where legal, safety, tax, payment, or dispute obligations do not require retention.
