Service
TripKeel provides booking, operations, customer, messaging, waiver, review, reporting, and integration tools for charter and outdoor-guide businesses.
Operator Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for accurate trip details, lawful pricing and taxes, cancellation policies, licences, safety obligations, customer communications, and compliance with local rules.
Payments
Customer deposits and balances are processed through Stripe. Connected operators receive their funds through their own Stripe account, and TripKeel does not take a marketplace commission on those customer payments.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but third-party services, weather data, networks, devices, and payment processors can affect availability. Operators should keep appropriate backup procedures for critical trip operations.
